    @Spurlock

    Had home made kebab/sausage with a marinara sauce, things with salad and pitta. Mozzarella/tomato and rice

    I don't know how you guys go without eating all day and maintain your sugar levels, especially in the summer.

    It's not a problem generally

    But starting with a home made milkshake, so chocolate, ice cream n milk wasn't a good idea <laugh>

    I personally think id find it harder in Winter. Eat a lot less when it's hot generally.

    I know, I was just having a Goodfellas moment since its Pizza tonight.

    I've had no issues with it here tbh, I always get a mate of mine to make me an Asian style, no sweetcorn on a thin base with a peri peri sauce...well tasty...gets you ready for a spliff

    Mainly down to making sure you eat well in the morning. When I first started i found it difficult forcing down a lunch/dinner like meal but proper protein/carbohydrate balance is essential with as much liquid as you can manage. Fast breaking at dusk is more a fluid and sugar replacement exercise.
