You need to go back to who you were, that means someone like Graham Potter. He's been mentioned by a few on here, and by a few Hammers as a target for us elsewhere, but I don't think his ideas would work as well with us as we are a London club, and he's built Ostersands as a community inclusive club (community and London being oxymoronic). Swansea, on the other hand, would be a far better fit.

Frank De Boer being linked as well now. He'd certainly restore the passing style.

    Laudrup in at 7/1 too.

Potter is the best option, Nobody else fits the bill imo, But i would still break the bank for Martinez even if it is possible that he can do the two jobs....

Got some reservations about Laudrup also, I know he has some good transfer connections, and understands our club well, but it was Laudrup that moved away from the passing football somewhat, though clearly it was Monk that really threw the spanner in the works with regard to keep ball, going to be a tough decision with the next manager, Potter I now very little about his style of footy, so I'm very open minded for the next gaffer!......................<ok>

How good is this Swedish league? is it on par with the SPL? I always had the impression it was not that good, Potter might have a tough time in the Championship, just thinking aloud................<ok>

yeah, it's not that good, but he took a team in the fourth division to european footall getting beaten by Arsenal in the knock-out stages in 6 years by basically turning it into a community project

He's certainly the bookies favorite, Martinez started his magic in League one, if it is to be Potter, it will not be easy for him, I suppose though he deserves his chance back in England!..........<ok>

We had a community project until the leaders trashed it and sold it to hedge fund managers <ok>

    PGF...that's very true.
However, in defence of your leaders, maybe the current higher echelons do not allow community projects to survive? That may only be the case in the UK....but that is where we are. When other teams have huge resources and sugar daddies that inflate the costs of the port, you have to compete or die. Competing means spending the big money and/or finding a big investor who is not afraid to lose the pot. (or the plot!!!).
I used to think it would be a disaster if there was a European super league but maybe if these big shots went away, we might be able to have a national league system where such cluba can flourish. All the plastics will leave too....and best of luck to them with away matches every other weekend in Spain, Germany, etc.

Martinez no chance. As for Britton and Rangel think Cusack and Freestone.
