Feel sorry for him, a freak accident. However, wait a minute, what the hell is an able bodied person playing a round of golf, doing anywhere near a golf buggy, whats wrong with his legs, he should be setting an example. Only people with disability problems should be using these things, otherwise its sheer laziness.

Why not ? Isn't he allowed to have a hobby outside the game? It was a freak accident, it could have happened in tesco with a spill in the aisle

Tatey will be back as eager as ever, but like somebody has said it could be a blessing in disguise as Brendan now has to get someone quick, mind you he only has two days to get someone who is good enough,.....But im not sure though if he cant find a replacement in two days that he can use the loan market to get one. im sure someone on here will enlighten me if we can do that...

Dai I think the loan market closes as well, as we must name our 25 name squad next week I think, now this is going to be a huge dilemma for brendan , does he name tatey and for that matter bodde in this, and whoever we get in over 21 must be named on this list.

Dai not sure if your meaning the emergency loan window, after the transfer window closes?? This opens on the 8th of Sept, but I think it's only applicable to the football league & conference, not the Premier league!!.... <ok>

I think we got to name our 25 man squad on Thursday so the loan window closes at the same time as the transfer window, people at the club are going to have some sleepless nights with this me thinks.

    Cheers Jager

    Yes I think your right!!

I might have interpreted what Dai was requesting wrong, but the reason I put that post out, is because he seemed to be implying, could we use the loan market option sometime after the current transfer/loan window closes on the 31st i.e. the 'emergency loan'??!! I could be wrong though..... <ok>

Maybe he should have thought twice before playing Golf with Andy Powell though.

Really don't understand the panic. Tate was obviously going to be a bit part player this season - rightly so. Feel sorry for him but Jazz Richards is a much better LB. As for back up for CBs, there's always Monk. Not ideal, maybe. The only way we could be in trouble is if Taylor, Williams and Caulker were injured. Even then Augustien can drop back if necessary.

Who would want to come here on loan to play in the reserves anyway?
