    It wasn’t meant to be convincing. Might was entirely accurate, Joe suggested it in the context of Everton potentially wanting the additional funding to come via LCC. They equally MIGHT want to fund the balance in a different manner.

    There is no balance. These are all just wildly optimistic estimates. EFC don't even know what the capacity will be.

    They'll save a bit by reusing the seats from Goodison though.
