we wont need it ron the hand of god winner will do the job (and then i woke up and realised we had lost 4 nil)
yeh i was thinking that all my mates at work took the mick all week after watching us on tv ,at least thats one good thing this time around.
Going better than expected so far but it sounds as though Huddersfield are beginning to cause problems. Conversely I get the impression their defence isn't that quick so our substitutes could cause them a few problems. Hope so. please log in to view this image
not too dissapointed listened to the game on player and we put in a good shift against a team who surely will get promoted.class told in the end
not a great result today but still no need to panic. I dont feel as worried as the last time we got smashed at Huddersfield - for some reason it feels like Waddock will just put this behind us and focus on the next game. IWWT!!
I'm not feeling too optimistic at present but there's nothing to be depressed about either. Without checking the results I think that the one team we beat is still pointless and are surely relegation bound. I don't think Scunthorpe have won a game yet although good teams are finding them hard to beat. The point against Colchester was a good point. Bury was a bit of a disappointment and Huddersfield was expected. We were doing OK until they scored but I stopped listening after that as I had a lot of work to do outside, half hoping (but not expecting) a pleasant surprise when I came back in. Unfortunately by the time I finished working football had long finished and my hopes were quickly dashed. A good result against a team doing well would be great whereas losing to a team that isn't doing very well might have a few alarm bells ringing. I suppose playing Huddersfield gave watchers a good opportunity to assess our team in this division. Any weaknesses were bound to be exposed against them. Any views on where we look weak, strong or just average?
i thought it was a bad weekend with the blues losing and spurs getting battered then along comes the gooners surrender to man u (sorry ron) but my weekend has got better now
