Perhaps they offered him a two year contract and he took it.he could not stand the thought of four years with us.
Think you’ll find Orta pulled the plug on it hence why there was set to be a meeting on transfer policy and who has what say with PH
My guess (and it's purely a guess) is that there will a parting of ways between Leeds and Heck once the Warrington fight is out of the way after the weekend, which is why I guess (and again purely a guess) it wasn't announced this week.
Andy Yiadom set to end talk of Leeds move by joining Reading. We don't need another right back. We've got two very good players in that position already.
It seems Leeds have a commercial interest in it - obviously getting money via renting Elland Road but also seem to be heavily promoting it through their official channels - twitter, web-site etc so my guess would be that they'd rather avoid overshadowing it pre-fight so will wait until beginning of next week to announce parting of the ways (but again guess guess guess on my part)
Dbc may be right but that would mean Hecky is already looking for a job. He came out earlier this week to say he was in meetings all this week and once that was over he was flying out on holiday. So what were the meetings about? Many hope it was giving him chance to explain the massive under achievement since he joined and then show him the door. However that doesnt take all week so think it more likely that a review of the games he was in charge, a review of the squad man by man, a review of weaknesses and whats needed to put it right and challenge for promotion. I think a shylist and a hitlist have been done as the club 'retained list' needs sending to the EFL this week
Now being said that Villa have made Hernandez a lucrative offer but all depends upon who wins the play off final. Leeds have however made him an offer like no other they've done for anyone and hope to get the deal done within hours. If Hernandez knocks us back its because Villa are offering silly money because they will be back in the prem so fooook him. Get this done Hernandez and be a hero
Imagine......... Hernandez and Bartley sign with us Coyle steps up to the plate. More youth players make the grade and are promoted to the first team. Suddenly things don't look that bad for us!!!
The tweet about a medical was from a fake Phil Hay account please log in to view this image ✔ True - that was a bit of a mistake on our behalf to be fair. We were going through the reports and tweets and, in a rush, mistook that one for the real @PhilHayYEP - We assume, and hope, that most people are betting based upon the larger reputable news sources. 9:09 AM - May 17, 2018

Afternoon all from sunny Spain. I've decided to post despite being pointedly left off Marcos's good posters list . Was reported that Huckybum wanted him but was vetoed by Orta, part of the power struggle he lost.
