    Haha I know mate just thought I'd put it out there...already had to make myself clear to the forums moron earlier.

    Tbh....due to the late eating...weight doesn't really come off. However if you are sensible then it can be done. As in control what and how much you eat in the evenings. I'm not sure I've ever lost much weight during Ramadan. However this year, since I joined the gym a month ago...I'm going to be popping down an hour before I break my Fast...see how that goes.

    It's what I'm telling myself...doesn't mean it'll happen..but I really want to bust the Gym and get on my game

    I missed that morning cuppa. I've been on the 'Chai Latte's' with my Tassimo, they are just what I need to settle the stomach acids in the morning...really miss that more than any big lunch etc....you comfortable?

    So far so good.

    When I smoked it was hard. Now not so much.

    But yeah I put the kettle on first

    I teach kids in mosque in the evenings nowadays, so that will be testing

    What I find is that apart from tiredness etc towards the end of the month, my general health improves

    Recitation? Or Fiqh?

    I enjoy a Biff..I know I can't have one, so I'm ok...however it's when I can have one that I struggle to not take the opportunity.

    If that. It's like last month when Hiag was sharing his music hobby with the posters. Skiddy piped up with a YouTube link to someone else playing the same piece on a guitar, claiming it was his mate and that he did a better job than Hiag all in the vein attempt to ridicule.....

    <laugh>

    Did the same thing today. As soon as finished work an hour in the gym then shower and broke fast in car on way home. Just walked on treadmill but got a personal trainer session tomorrow so see how that goes. Not sure could do that with a 17hr fast though - here its only 13hrs.

    I'm hoping to do just light stuff too...bet you was glad you went once you opened the Fast?

    Keep it up for the month and I think you'll feel the difference, that's what I'm telling myself. Not easy though...I know.
