    I was impressed with him today, some good runs. I put 8 first, was gonna change it to 7 but forgot to <doh>. He has been a 6 for the last two games but was better today

    Krul - 8 - Two world class saves, good catching, but was in no-mans land for the goal.

    Simpson - 7 - Not much came down his side, so not a lot to do defensively, but the backing off seems to be getting less frequent. Also went on one good run.

    Saylor - 8 - Solid, again

    Collo - 8 - Solid, again

    Raylor - 6 - meh, not too good, not too bad

    Obertan - 7 - Frustrating at times, and can be a bit of a headless chicken, but has genuine pace and started the move for Bests second goal as well as causing some other problems. Also got stuck in defensively.

    Tiote - 6 - Still not up to his best yet. No booking though.

    Cabaye - 7.5 - Good all round performance.

    Gutierrez - 6 - Pretty quiet going forward, but worked as hard as ever.

    Best - 8 - Took his goals well. Won a few headers, could have done with a better strike partner than Lovenkrands though.

    Lovenkrands - 3 - As I say every game, he worked hard, he just isn't good enough. Why Pardew started him I dont know.


    Ba - 6 - Nice assist
    Vuckic - N/A - :,( not a memorable PL debut
    Smith - 0.5 - Thank god he was put on up front where he couldn't get in the way of the midfield and defence.

    Tbh i thout Simmo was alot better than his first 3 games,wasnt punting the ball as much today had alot more support from the wing and center which was good to see
