I reckon if I sell my houses, my car and my dog I'd be able to afford it. I'd have to live in the clubhouse though. Or maybe allow one traveller to move in and share their caravan.

No but I'd guess the same amount that it was bought for (and before anyone takes the piss, I mean the amount Waltham bought it for, not the amount the Chadwicks bought it for).

I suspect that at least 98.5% of the population of Ferriby and Swanland are happy with that sale.

 

You just aren't the seller I'm looking for. Ehab said that if you put it on the market but don't sell it gets you a better offer down the line. I've already told some Chinese consortium where to go.
