Ooohhhh it got close, Hoop-Leif almost suffered a last day melt down failing to pick up any points and Steelmonkey picked up 6 points but ultimately it wasn't enough to pinch top spot. So lady and gentlemen it gives me great pleasure to say, please give your 2017/18 Brixton R Prediction League Champion Hoop-Leif a huge ovation As mentioned Steelmonkey moved up to 2nd with Beth in 3rd place a point ahead of Wherever with Ninj taking 5th spot.At the other end commiserations to UTR's for propping up everyone else. Fair play to the 25 or so who stuck with this bit of fun throughout the whole season, it is a bit of a slog but we got there in the end. Finally I've decided to hang up my Prediction League boots having done this for 3 seasons, I feel it's time for someone else to have a go and run the League next season, maybe a trial run during the World Cup?????
