In general I hate all this ‘give the lad another chance bollox’. We had people saying that about Aiden White for years, after failure after failure. Cibicki Is another. But I guess in this case he is worth trying. Problem I have is we are IN the friggin championship so he needs to adjust to that and like you I’m a bit worried he may be a tippy tapper. I’ve not seen a lot of him and what I saw wasbuninspiring but well, maybe - they can’t all be useless. Can they?
Not another foreign striker on our radar from Burma Chizoba is rumoured to be of interest valued at 300k hope its not another Grot why can't it be Dwight Gayle
Carlos Carvalhal is to leave Swansea at the end of the season. Who'd rather have him then Heckingbottom?
Best managers around were overlooked for the England job, and guess we wont be getting any of them either. Dyche, Houghton & Howe all took struggling Championship clubs into the big time and even though Brighton spent wisely they spend a few quid to get promotion and obviously with Houghton invested well and still in the prem. Dyche did a WBA and got them up, then down and bounced them straight back up and now got them into Europe. Eddie Howe was in the Championship with Burnley, Brighton and Leeds and where are we...... still in the Championship. A good manager is the key followed by a few quid, not Man City money just sensible. If we have to stick with PH then I have to hope he has the sense and skill to do what those 3 have done. Its also no coincidence that Boro and Villa are in the play offs and Cardiff under Warnock have already gone up, that only leaves Big Mick so whichever club gets him can expect promotion next season
I know it wasn’t your nickname doc, it just doesn’t translate well... and I recall you were a noted swordsman in your day He says he knows he can handle the champ in the interview, so presume it was a translation thing!
I am still THE penetrator mate even though I'm nearly your age. For another day..... How about this though, let the bidding begin
It would appear that Rad has probably got £9m from is sources in Burma this plus the £5m plus he will receive for Wood from Burnley plus the £5m he will receive from the sale of Danny Rose will give a kitty of £19m not bad for starters
Phil Hay reporting that Radz has sold a 10% stake of the club to another investor. Doesn’t say who to but that sum seems high for 10% seeing as he bought it off Cellino for 45 million
Rad got circa £40 mill and seems happy. With declining revenues he is now selling parts of the club to maintain his living standards...
This apparently is a loan note been paid out in shares, company called Greenfield who now own a bit of us.
