Papua New Guinea then Borneo. Cannibalism is still legal out there and I'm sick of living with a vegetarian.
I went a couple years back at the end of January...weather was lush and a great time to go...made going back to work after Christmas a bit more bearable. Not really sure when the best time to go is but I think Oct/Nov time is stormy season. Lush beaches, lush water and lush food.
Love LA mate. Been 6 times now and hoping to go back soon. I normally stay around the Marina Del Rey / Venice area as there's now better than a long run along the beach and copping an eye full of all the hot plastic breasted american gals. I have 187 relatives in Chico in Northern California and gonna go stay with them and do some kayaking in Yosemite. My cousin came to see the delights of Consett last week so he's offered me a return favour....
Me too mate. Been to Cancun and Dominican around Xmas and it was perfect. Also been to Cancun in June and it was blowing like a mackem hoooer and lashing it down.
Aye that is the issue at present. Essentially with work I'm thinking August is most likely, early doors. It'll be hurricane central knowing my luck. They want to go and so do I but realistically I don't think I can go any other time.
By Mexico I assume you are all talking about the Yucatan Peninsula. Cancun is an American strip mall with McDonalds restaurants every 400 yards. Tulum and Chitzen Itza worth visiting and Isla Mujeres was nice to stay on and cycle round but I thought the Yucatan was the worst part of Mexico that I visited, albeit 15 years ago now.
I take it this isn't the same part of Mexico featured in all of those Netflix drug cartel documentaries?
Similar. Disneyland Paris, caravan in Beadnell one or two weekends then October may head over to France to visit my parents.
Got my first nipper due any time now which has pretty much put pay to planning any holiday. Luckily I have got a stag do in Bratislava booked in for end of June. But stags are never exactly a holiday.
It will seem like one after a few weeks with a newborn. My first was born in Indonesia just before the 1990 world cup. Managed to watch most of the games which were on in the middle of the night -early morning here while trying to get him to sleep again after feeding. When he started talking his first words were: Waddle - you twat!
