Pierre not been mentioned post full time much. I thought he was magnificent tonight and been excellent throughout the run in.
Players are not bitter like fans. We've seen that with our players....quite friendly with ex-managers. Stoke will be motivated by the desire to finish well. Swansea may beat Stoke, but it will be because they deserve it.
First half was an utter horrid watch though, and those last 10 minutes on Solent in my car were a struggle too! We've only gone and ****ing done it though.
That should have been in blue font,,, I'm off to bed though it'll probably take me a while to drop off. GOOD night, everyone
Seriously though, I’d like to thank everyone who posted on this thread tonight as reading it about an hour after the match finished, with no idea what happened, really made me feel part of it. I even cheered when I reached the bit where Gabbi scored! So we are safe as long as: either Huddersfield lose both their 2 games, or Swansea fail to beat Stoke, or the goal swing from us losing to Man City and Swansea beating Stoke is less than 10 goals, or, last but not least, WE GET AT LEAST A POINT OFF CITY!!!
Seems I should stay in Vegas for an entire year. Been here for the last 3 matches. Sorry about the rest of the season!
I've been at work since the final whistle Finish at 7 at which point I'll go home and watch SSN until I fall asleep.
Mixed emotions in this household. Fabulous that we look virtually safe but sadness that Swans look to be at risk. Far too many great friends and family support the Swans for us not to wish them well. I just hope that Huddersfield fail to get another point and Swans beat Stoke for that would lift the very lovely Mrs Godders out of her gloom.
I managed about 2 hours sleep and woke myself up over an hour ago hiccuping - I didn't even know you could do that! Also woke with a big smile on my face Don't think that today's going to be very productive!
