All this proves is that De Bruyne should have won it, but that because there are so many 'Pool-loving hacks in the media, Salah muscled in on the action.

These types of things are "flavour of the month" contests and have very little basis in the real world of footy.

The fact that Kane has worked at practically the same level high level of consistency for three successive seasons informs any intelligent person that he's the player that most coaches would rather have in their team, right now.

I'm not saying that Salah won't go on to prove that he's a good as Kane; I'm merely saying that Salah has yet to prove that.

 

It's a striking resemblance isn't it, the club are sure to claim it.
