A proper air conditioning unit runs via a compressor- it’s essentially a heat exchange unit.

It needs to ventiaite to the outside to dispose of the hot air.

Just the same as when you grow cannabis then? Put a mix flow fan on a carbon filter which sucks up the hot air and blows it out through the ducting and out of the house?

Of course, a bitter attitude in life is only going to ever be a negative effect on somebodies mental health. Everybody should feel and share the love.

Not a fan of air conditioning. Even in the car.

I think in places like India the whole death by heat going up is down to air conditioning.

People have their living rooms like a fridge then step out into high heat.

Tbh...if you have a a front door and a back door, just open them both up. The dynamics of the hall way...opening up into the kitchen create a brilliant tunnel affect of a cool breeze passing through

The idea is to have the temperature down to a level that is comfortable, not to something stupidly low. I have known one or two here who have the air con on and are wearing very warm clothing. Humidity can also be a problem but my system can control that as well

Sometimes that breeze is not cool. It is like standing in front of a fan heater.
