I don’t think it will be good enough . If it goes to the last day , Stoke won’t be up for the fight given the comments from a couple of their players . That is not a happy camp !

Yeah I don't think a point is enough either, it is just what I think the score will be. I was reading the Stoke players comments and Hughes was getting battered by them all. Poor discipline and bad signings seemed to be the main 2 themes. Although Charlie Adam's main issue was that players would go to training then go and see a private personal trainer afterwards, he probably could have done with a few days like that if he is the size he is just training.
Do you happen to know if they were Mark Hughes signings , or if it was forced on him ? It just seems he did ok there for at least a couple of seasons .
From what I have read it seems most people are blaming him for them, I have no idea if Stoke have a Les Reed equivalent or transfer committee. Hopefully it won't be an issue for us as he won't be here to over see a transfer window anyway, and the discipline thing doesn't seem an issue with our squad based on their comments.
This is going to be a tough game. Can see a scrappy start with both teams feeling the nerves. Lets hope we can settle the quicker. We’re in the better form, but this is a one off, winner takes all. COYR
