Good Morning Everyone Cardiff City have joined Wolves in the promised land! Has Warnock pulled off a master stroke with the tools at his disposal? Why couldn't Colin do the same for us back in 2012/13. To rub salt into the wound Sol Bamba was one of their best players, and has made it into many best Championship XI's. We are talking about a player so low on confidence that Leeds did not want him even sitting anywhere near the bench!! Why??? It looks likely that Stoke, West Brom and either Swansea or Huddersfield will be playing in the Championship next season. Would you say these teams are stronger or weaker then Hull, Boro and Sunderland. They say getting out of the Championship is the hardest thing in the World. Sunderland madfe it look easy!!! Who's your tip for the Championship play offs? Boro Villa Fulham Derby Who would you not like to go up?
Some people hate Warnock but you cant hide his record in getting senior sides promoted. He will never compete at the top of the prem but horses for courses and he will probably admit he took a holiday when he joined Leeds and let the club down badly. getting players like Bamba look like John Terry is not easy whereas we had Pontus who Hecky made to look like the bamba we had at Leeds at times. I can see Boro going up because they have used the parachute money well and have now got Pullis who can do it without money as he showed in January when he didn't spend. 3 old style English managers in the 4 teams so Bruce's Villa will be up for it and he has spread his squad thinly over the last few weeks as he knew he was in the play offs. He will have a fit team raring to go. I say this every year but next season yet again gets even harder due to parachute payments and prem cash won this season. West Brom are experts at bouncing up and down and milking the parachute payment system. If Southampton come down expect massive investment to get them out first time. Pees me off as it was only a few seasons ago they were in league 1 with us. We both went up to the Championship together but they invested and went straight up again whereas we just blamed Grayson. Not sure what will happen at Stoke as Hughes spent a fortune on dross then got sacked and he may take Saints down too. Will Coates sack the manager or stick with him. Will he get rid of dross and invest in Championship big hitters to get them out? Either way we will see the price of UK players rocket again because of the parachute money available, which then inflates everything for dross
Morning Doc, it just seems that other Managers are able to get the best out of average players, but when we buy arguably better capable players their ability dips.
Good Morning to Matt and co from a sunny warm Cote de Bardsey where it was warmer yesterday than Barcelona Warnock at least wrote to me when he was managerand I feel with proper backing he would have achieved something however we had Bates so effectively he had no chance to succeed c.He made to sell Snoddy before the season began and was refused money to buy Chris Woods instead he had to sell Becchio and got 200k plus Morrison who Warnock said would be3 a legend well he wasn't Got to admit he did a cracking job at Rotherham after succeeding Redfearn who did his usual crap job and then bettered that at Cardiff Who should go up well the best team is Fulham but its poorly supported Boro if Traore gets his head together for me

Morning all,i would like to see Pulis go up with Boro as i admire the man,yet again we missed the boat with not aproaching him at the time he was available,can't say I want Fulham to succeed.Makes me sick seeing the likes of Wolves/Cardiff go up,as since we have been stagnating here,with poor owners & managers they have been promoted/relegated & now promoted again.It may be a bumpy ride for their fans but at least they get some hope & excitement with premiership football thrown in.Christ are we ever going to go up again ?every season i at least have new hope,but tbh i have none for next season unless we see drastic change.
I think Matt you have to be a certain player for Leeds a loit just haven't got it and crack under pressure i'll never forget Nicky Ajose missing an open goal against Boro .I told Glory he would not make it at ER no doubt he will have forgoten'No chance of Ryan Edmundson doing that he really enjoyed himself on Saturday so I am going to stick my neck out and say he will be a future star for us unless we sell him!

Evening all Did Warnock actually turn up to work or did he stay in Cornwall. He's done ok at Baahdif but I still don't think he was really the right manager for Leeds. He isn't a premier manager either so they would be well advised to get rid now and appoint a proper manager if they want to stay in the premiership. I've got some old mates who are Villa fans so I'll go for them, It's also going to really piss off the brum supporters if they do go up Anybody who comes down will always be at an advantage due to the parachute payments, but that didn't do Sunderland much good. I think the rot had set in there long before their relegation though. I would really like the dog botherers to get relegated and disappear without trace.

Evening Eric, I wouldn't want Boro to go up. I get the feeling they were trying to poach Monk whilst he was at Leeds. Would be have been better off keeping Monk?
I can beat that Elland. Back in the day I sent a stamped addressed envelope to Billy Bremner with a picture of him,who I think was at Doncaster as manager at the time. Fair play to him he signed it and sent it back. I still have it in the same envelope. I've been meaning to get it framed. And before anyone pipes up that someone else signed it. I checked on his autograph and its genuine.
Don't care who goes up TBH.......I have a dislike for most of them. The least offensive to me if I did give a bollox, would be Fulham..
I think we would have been better off keeping TC rather that Heckingbottom but then I'm not the owner ?
