It's there in black and white. The investigation was never completed because the deal was called off.

Assem told people that he'd pulled the plug because of the delay in the test.

Previous prospective buyers told of being messed about by Ehab. Not turning up to meetings after they'd agreed a price and flown in to meet him. Changing the deal after it was agreed.

Ehab goes in the paper every so often telling the world why it's not an attractive club to buy.

What more evidencd could you want? Assem just got carried away and threatened to leave which he never meant and soon regretted when it turned out no one cared. He'd also said "when I say something I do it". He can't ever be seen to change his mind especially after being so adamant. So he had to pretend it's for sale but do everything possible to make sure it doesn't come off.

The red flags by the pl mean the deal wouldn't get done.
And obi/imp have already said after looking through the accounts there was no deposit trousered.

That's complete speculation and obviously based on what you want to believe. The PL never announced anything about these red flags. We only know about it because the Allams publicised it. So how often do they raise them and how often does it get sorted and the deal goes through? Bearing in mind no one ever fails are you saying we just coincidentally got the worst prospective owners ever to attempt to buy a PL club? In the face of all the mounting evidence that they just don't want to sell? Such as when Ehab said after the playoff final that he didn't want to sell?

And I'm not saying anything about a deposit.

It's from the financial times hardly speculation.
How are they doing at reading anyway?

No it isn't in the financial times. The financial times says exactly what I said. It's your speculation that they would have failed. Which no one ever does except for this one club that coincidentally don't want to sell. Such a convenient coincidence isn't it.

Just watching Brighton who have secured their status for next season. Interview with Tony Bloom and speaking about where they have come from. Parallels to us, apart form what has been said about their training facilities, stadium and a view to stay where they are... its sickening to know with people owning us who care, that would be us.

Also has to be a multi millionaire and we've been looking for a local one of them for fifty years.
If we could get one who wants to blow all his money on us that would be great.

    From eighteen months ago.
Debt has been rising over the past few years, so much so that Brighton now have the largest debt in the Championship, substantially more than other clubs, e.g. Cardiff City £116 million, Blackburn Rovers £104 million and Ipswich Town £88 million. However, it is entirely owed to Bloom, is interest-free and can be regarded as the friendliest of debt.

The cash flow statement reveals that Bloom has also converted £22 million of loans into share capital, including £11 million in 2015/16, which means that Bloom actually stumped up £34 million last season. Furthermore, since the accounts were published, he converted an additional £8 million of loans into shares, i.e. a running total of £30 million.
Adding the £80 million that Bloom has funded via share capital (including the debt conversions) to the £171 million of debt means that Bloom has put in a total of £251 million – that’s a cool quarter of a billion.

Just pause to let that sink in for a moment. One. Quarter. Of. A. Billion. Pounds.

As David Jones commented, “That’s a massive amount of money for an owner to have to subsidise a club for. And when you consider we’ve got one of the highest two or three attendances in the Championship, some of the best sponsorship deals, we’re still needing the owner to help us with that kind of subsidy. It’s substantial.”

I think the reality of being the manager of Hull City at this point in history is beginning to hit home with Nigel, detecting little differences in his statements to the press, i.e. " i want all the new face's in place for pre-season " to " I hope to have all the new face's in by Pre-season" bit of advice Nigel, its not going to happen, i know it and i suspect you do as well.

Very soon to be followed with "building an extension on a council house" , poring over the plans for a new stadium at Melton, and Nigel Pearson getting out while he could. Oh yes he took a lot of incoming at the time, but was he the first to see through the Allams? I forget his exact quote, not what it said on the tin.
