    It was never meant to stop rich clubs being rich <doh>

    The whole idea was to protect smaller clubs from going bankrupt through bad financial management.

    FFS It's not rocket surgery.

    It stops clubs doing a Man City, so it protects the big clubs from being challenged.

    It clearly stopped Man City doing a Man City so it obviously works.

    Well no because the rule was brought in post City spending stupid amounts, they got in just at the right time.

    It was brought in because of PSG/City and to stop it happening again, it was already too late for those clubs.
