As I work most of the time when City play I try to avoid the scoreline and simply read the MDT from page one, post one when I get in after work, so I'd like to place on record my thanks to Chazz and all of the contributors to the match day threads this season, it's kind of been the match as I've 'seen' it this season, and will probably be the same next season, so thank you.
Although I really enjoyed the atmosphere at Brentford, I'd like to remind the younger fans that it was nothing like being on Bunkers and in the Kempton in the 60s and 70s. Every match was an event. Football will stagnate unless they bring back proper terracing with proper roofs - none of this "safe standing"!
