In Spoons for a full English to sort myself out. Looks like a hot day in store no doubt my Mrs will want to go somewhere that'll be crowded with unbearably long queues to get parked.
It’s the British way! At the first sign of the golden orb in the sky you pack granny and the kids into Ford Focus and head for the coast. Ignoring, once again, the fact that you’ll sit in a mile long traffic jam just to get there, and if you ever do get there there’s nowhere to park.
Just got back from a nice trip to Swanage , we were there @ 09:15 . Heaving when we left . Pier is shut , having a lot of work done to it .
I'm thinking how lucky this Marshal was not to get hit ! http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-leeds-44029144
Went over a field yesterday with some mates, few buckets full of ice and loads of beers. One of 'em decided to bring a football which turned out to be a recipe for disaster after sinking a few cans. ****ing stacked it after "John Smith-ing it", did manage to do a dirtly little panna on my cousin who always gives it the big'un about how he's a baller. Was a good laugh. Got a decent little tan as well. My mate also told me he was looking to propose to his missus later in the year, said he'd want me to be his best man - he's clearly made an excellent choice. My local's having a bbq today so may head down soon. Can't beat England when the weather's like this.
At some steakhouse in the middle of **** knows where having a pint of cider and a burger. Wife is getting smashed on cocktails.
