We can all discuss this at a later date but I think it would be too soon for 'wild thing'. He lives around the corner from me and talk to him from time to time. I may see if I can get any info.
If it is Holloway’s last game, going out with a loss away from home playing a scratch defence is somehow fitting. Must be his most predictable result.
Bright Samuel has had a shot on target. Phew! I thought this was going to be a disappointing afternoon.
A very poor stream which really reflected our quality of play. So the season is over, but not the gossip. I am optimistic about next season and our youngster’s, and really feel we are progressing on the correct direction. I will also feel for Ollie should he leave as I believe he desrerves a chance to build and deliver next season. I still hope that he does. We also have the World Cup which I personally enjoy. Have s great Sunday and Bank Hokiday weekend! COYR’s!!!
Was that the miss-hit **** that rolled to the goalies’ hand? True, technicalky it was a shot on target! :
We finish the season in 16th with 56 points. Two places above last season and three points better off. A very very slight improvement.
It was good to see Ollie on the pitch and being acknowledged, plus acknowledging, our fans. I hope it was not a goodbye!
Ok, its done (this seson) and looking forward to the next one. New better managment i hope and with couple good signings. Im quite happy as i was sure we go down this season but ollie done job ok because we didnt relegated. Still, im lookin for much better for next seasons to come.
I'm really not a happy clappy person when it comes to supporting QPR but I don't think our progress can be counted purely in points gained this season. Look at the last bunch of seasons since coming down from the EPL... we've had such **** football, it's been soooo hard as a fan. We've been pathetic. This season, we've seen some poor football at times but we've also seen some good football and some good spirit, even when we've lost. The attitude is different under Ollie. We've had some great happenings with regards to youth players. We are getting some stability. Big Tony has ****ed the **** off out of the way, apparently. Fans are more vocal and are enjoying themselves a bit more this season and, more importantly, the fans seem a bit more behind the team and invested in what's going on on the pitch. Add on top of that the fact that we seem to (slowly) be getting financial affairsback into shape after the horrendous situations Big Tony got us into before. Now here's hoping we don't get destroyed by the FFP decision. If that only turns out to be a simple fine, then hopefully the sky is the limit after that. I genuinely feel that positive about things.
