    probably should have mentioned she is a bit psycho <yikes>

    The Rescue centre forgot to mention they got her from an Irish rescue centre. So now if she kicks off i just go "sorry she can't help it she is Oirish" :bandit:

    I washed the car earlier today, and then went on a 10 mile bike ride (off road), through the superb country park grounds that back onto my house.

    Yesterday, I tried pyramid steps for the first time, holding 10kg dumbbells. Started off with 10 for each legs, 9, 8, 7, etc. Jeez, that makes you sweat!

    I'm feeling shattered!

    Might treat myself to a green leaf and hard boiled egg salad, later. No mayo, but a nice sprinkling of balsamic vinegar. Washed down with a kale and kiwi lime smoothie.

    Oh, joy!

    I was pretty bored this morning so gave myself a kick up the arse, drove up to Scotland for the first of the 3 peaks and finished the other 2 by 4pm.

    Treated myself to a nettle-rash salad, no mayo or dressing, just pissed on it for a bit of a kick.

    Washed it down with a bucket of swill. God that hit the spot!

    Still had time to take the wife down to London for a show. Had to knock queenie back, she's a but pushy at times, but I bend a knee to no one.

    Having a guinness now before I take the missis and a couple of chicks we picked up back to the hotel.
