You can't be serious in not playing Mawson one of the very few players that can score. He will be gone next season anyway and so will Fab,and the Ayew brothers and a few more if we are relegated..

Has been poor for most of the season.
Hasn't looked interested since coming back without an England cap.
    Puts everyone else in trouble.
    Out of position.
Poor decision making - no need to give away a free kick for their goal today ... ridiculous challenge. So bad I honestly wondered if he'd taken a bung or just wanted to screw us over.
    Plays himself into trouble.
    Slow.
    Predictable.
Hits 40 years chancers with little of no effect.
    He's scored twice this season.
    Own goals?
Costs us more points than he gains.
    Good header of the ball.
He was a very good League 1 player when he came to us and is now an average Championship player.

He'll be gone next season! He's already gone.
Knows he's going and doesn't want an injury.
I'd play Maric ahead him at the moment.

Well what a shambles we’ve been away from home. This was our last away game and we didn’t go for it against a team with no wins in six games, and coming off the back of three straight defeats and unable to keep a clean sheet in the last twelve home games. Our set up was all wrong, what with JAyew on his own up front, AAyew a headless chicken, a midfield of two spineless non tacklers in Ki and Carroll, a non functioning wing back in Olsson who has been poor all season, and three ineffectiveness centre backs.
We can’t cross a ball, we can’t win a ball in the air, and there is no fight in the team. We were devoid of tactics today, lobbing the ball in the air for their defenders to take every time, then clueless of what to do with backwards and sideways passes. Subs King, Narsingh, Abraham useless. The only outfield player that tackled and busted a gut was Roberts. If it wasn’t for Fab. in goal it would have been even worse. The players and the manager ought to be ashamed of themselves.

That's why I'd go with Routledge and Rangel ... they care.
