Just seen on Saints web that the EFL are voting whether to do away with programmes (or at least the rule that says they have to produce one) as people get all their stuff from the internet. Shame as I like to read it whilst supping a glass of wine before a match. Presumably it's not financially worth it for some clubs. I have an iPhone but never bother to link it to the internet if away from home....one, because nothing is that important and, two, I don't want to look as silly as everyone else does staring at tiny screens.
Exciting day in the Championship. Could Fulham (with Matty Targett) make the automatic spots....playing lowly Birmingham. Cardiff (presently holding the 2nd spot) also playing a poorer side...Reading. All to play for. If Fulham make it, they will almost certainly try to sign Matty who has been excellent for them. I will be sad if that happens because I was sorry that he didn't get more of a chance here...partly because of injury.
Not that we will know for a few days yet, but I would suggest that the optimum outcome for us today is that Cardiff are in our division next season.
