    https://www.theguardian.com/footbal...ped-world-cup-jose-mourinho-manchester-united

José Mourinho has revealed why Eric Bailly has been frozen out of the Manchester United first team in the last few weeks – it is because Ivory Coast have not qualified for the World Cup.

Alternatively, to put it in a more logical way, Mourinho feels honour-bound to give his other four central defenders the chance to shine, as Phil Jones, Chris Smalling, Marcos Rojo and Victor Lindelöf are all striving to impress their national coaches to win a place in squads for Russia.

Just another talent thrown on the scrapheap by Mourinho

Can you park near Anfield when Everton at home? Looking for secure parking.

Unless you’re driving a MKIV Cortina you won’t get it nicked mate <laugh>

    I sometimes park here, http://www.abbeylawns.com/page3.htm

It’s a care Home just round the corner from Anfiled with a massive car park round the back and they open it on a Match day, irrc it’s 8 quid, a 10 minute walk to goodison tops, through Stanley Park

Not worried about it getting nicked more the Saints sticker <laugh>

Looks good that cheers, wouldnt mind having a quick look at Anfield too while I'm up too. Decent boozer?

Providing it doesn't sell out overnight (doubtful) I'm off to get tickets in morning. Buzzing.

You're Park end ain't ya? Probably gonna go lower tier and sacrifice the view as reckon atmosphere will be better.

It’s a couple of minutes to Anfield from there. If you want a boozer that’ll have no Blues in it, then the Arkles is your best bet, a reds boozer at the top of the dual carriageway a minute from Anfield. If you want a decent Everton / mixed boozer head to the Oak, which is just down the hill level with the ground (left after the hot wok lol)

I’m park end yes mate. Not decided whether I’m going yet tbh. The late KO is a pain for me, as it’ll mean I won’t get home until about 10. Plus my lad finishes his finals in Liverpool tomorrow and will be getting ****ing mortal tomorrow night, so it’s doubtful he’ll be there, and seeing him is 2/3rds of the reason I go these days lol.

You can't miss Anfield, it casts a big shadow over Goodison Park, that's why the blues have the floodlights on for afternoon kick offs as well as evening games.:emoticon-0103-cool:

The Albert or The Park are a good shout, The Arkles is a scally pub even when we're away because the away coaches park on Priory Road.

    Cheers Tobes <ok>

Yeah I remember you saying before that the late ko's aren't great for you. Not even sure if we'll have time for pub yet as leaving at midday but if we do will probably go to the Oak as I like mixing with other fans.

There’s a big area out the front of the Oak with tables for the smokers as well, so probably your best bet, you’ll be sound in there.

I’ll decide Saturday morning, and I’ll PM you if I’m off fella <ok>
