    My first ever green poo came after I drank a litre of blueberry Slush Puppy. That's how I learned about food colouring for the first time. It's great that poo can be so educational.

    One of my favourite lunches - seeded wrap, cream cheese, mashed avocado, bean sprouts, well cooked streaky bacon cut up and pine nuts. Yum!
