Bale would be the logical choice, but Zidane does
appear to be suffering from a dose of favourite-itus this
season when it comes to selecting players (so he'll
probably be a 70 min sub then) .

True anything can happen in a finale as we've seen a few times which can also work in our favour.

I'm not convinced they're the best team in the world though.

Might be the best in a cup competition, granted.

Regards defense, they may have a great defender but their defense is far from perfect - in fact only the 4th best in La Liga behind Barca, Athletico and Valencia.

I don't doubt we're underdogs but its not impossible and they're not infallible.

Yeah their goalkeeper is poor and they don't really play to their best ability defensively unless Casemiro is sat in front. I reckon he'll start against you lot there's no way Kovacic should be playing in the final.

Casemiro will be all over Firmino, that guy will know he's the one who pulls the strings up front.

That would take something like some stray Ukrainian Rebel mortars to completely flatten the stadium and everything in it.

    Anyone know the co-ordinates?

It's hard to explain exactly how ****ed up and violent the kids can be at times...and they know we would never hit back.

It will be very difficult for us.

We really need to be 100% at our game and defense better than they have been to date.

Experience counts for a lot too.

    You never know though.

Look at our team of 2005 and how class the opposition were then!

You never know in a one off.

Real Madrid, purely for Gareth Bale of course, why would I have an axe to grind with the red Scousers?...

The best way to beat Liverpool I think is just to think "**** it they will score 4, we need to score 5". Real are capable of that. It doesn't matter that Liverpool's 3 man midfield is trash compared to Real's, they don't need the ball for long. All they do is pump it long for Salah or Mane to chase and use their pace.

Isco, Modric and Kroos can keep the ball for however long they like, Liverpool will get the ball on occasion and pump it down the left where Marcelo will have gone on when Real had extended possession and Salah will be in. Ramos and Varane are both very good centre backs, but like most of the top teams they are called "****" because the top teams don't protect their defences, all the midfielders are usually way up the pitch which leaves the defence exposed.

Good thing about being a Newcastle fan is you never have to worry about your biggest rivals winning things. So I will be routing for the English team.

Exactly, the best way to beat them is to outscore them in a shootout, **** tactics just go all out attack. Should hopefully be a good high scoring game.

With Ronaldo bagging the winner in the last minute
