    Fun book, and I'm a fan of historical fiction, but I don't like how Iggulden completely rewrites a lot of "historical" events that are completely untrue.

    I prefer when authors take real events and work their stories between the known events. Iggulden completely changes history in his books to suit his stories and rewrites history.

    Totally agree, they’ll definitely be hungry, that’s what big teams are all about wining (and this is the biggest pot of all) especially if they win it they’ll be only the second team to do it three times in a row after Bayern

    Tbf he points out at the back of each what he made up, switched timeframes etc and why...he also refers to books that are historically accurate if you want it.

    Same with his Khan books

    Well, you can't rule Rome out. 3-0 isn't an unknown scorelines.

    At the same time you can't say we dont have a massive advantage. We are definitely.most likely to go through to the final against Real. (And win... :bandit:)
