Look tbh players get experience of these things. salah would have seen Lazio hate on him for example in time derby. firmino has been away for Brazil etc. Milner and Henderson have experience. karius taa Robertson don't seem the types to freeze. vvd shouldnt. mane is one to watch for getting sent off and we all know about windy. 2 passengers? hopefully not. It's better than lallana and Moreno in europa league.
Roma vs Liverpool Champions League referee announced - and it's not a good sign Damir Skomina of Slovenia will take charge of semi-final second leg The referee for Liverpool's Champions League showdown at Roma has been announced – and the Reds have a 100% losing record under him. Damir Skomina of Slovenia will take charge of Wednesday's semi-final second leg at the Stadio Olimpico, with Jurgen Klopp's side holding a 5-2 advantage from last week's first leg at Anfield. p:nth-of-type(2)","sizes":[[8,8]],"hideOnSensitiveArticle":true,"relativePos":"after","additionalClass":"in-article","name":"div-gpt-ad-vip-slot","type":"VIP"}' data-observed="false" data-type="gpt" data-init="true" data-mod="gpt-sra"> Skomina has refereed Liverpool on three previous occasions, with the Reds losing every time. The first was in the Champions League group stage in 2009, when Fiorentina won a dead rubber at Anfield 2-1.
match day biatches I see the latest reason to rock in a corner is the ref..... give a ****? let's enjoy this ok.
Reflecting on tonight’s match: The score of 5-0 until the last moments of the home leg was dreamland and would have 100% guaranteed the final. We conceded 2 unnecessary late goals including a dodgy pen. Many people including pundits said hardly any difference . 5-2 is a great amazing score which would look like a mountain to climb ....BUT to Roma, a 5-2 defeat away is not much different to a 2-0 defeat. What would they have needed if they had left Anfield with a 2-0 defeat? Wins tonight by 3-0, 4-1 (Scores such as 3-1 2-0 or 4-2 would not be enough) which is exactly the sort of score that’s they would need tonight. Have scores of 2-0 been overturned in the past? I bet they have. I may be a pessimist but It is not as over as many think.
Of course we have a say in it and that will save us. They have to stop us from scoring. And I am sure with their focus on retrieving the goals Salah will get chances. They’ve done 3-0 before but I doubt they’ve done it against a team like ours. Will still be nerve racking. The first 10-15 minutes will set the tone.
sorry but if we had won 2-0 and we had this negativity youd be told to chill the **** out. 5-2. that's 3 goals these guys need and they have no pace. none. we can win this but I ain't spending the day rocking in a corner til kick off then 90mins behind the couch. let's enjoy this one guys. i expect to hear what kind of party you've got planned for tonight and who you are going to watch this with.
As mito always says, we need 3 for the draw and 4 for win. Score 1 and the tie is dead. Roma may well be very good at home but they are chasing goals and will inevitably leave space. See Crystambul.

Tonight will be more than talent and skill. It will be about belief and character ...from both us and Roma. We would need to believe that at 1 or 2 nil down we have the character to hold on or to score that away goal. Just as they need to believe they can score the 3 or more goals they need in 90 minutes.
Reading some comments on here! It’s like we ***** drew the 1st leg! Of course Roma have a chance of going to the final! Thats the beauty of football, the reality is we have a three goals lead! Bayern lost to Real in the 1st leg and were really close to go through yesterday. come on you reds
Natural panic on here, we don't believe it will be so easy after years of crazy scorelines. We'll probably go 3-0 down and score 1 in the last minute.
In the champion league this season we have not lost to any team. I hope we are going to maintain this.
