Anyway, putting that aside, I see the Labour Party are up to their usual ****-uppery:

300 women quit Labour to protest all-women shortlist update

Around 300 Labour members are quitting the party in protest at an update to its rules on all-woman shortlists.

Ten of them wrote in a letter to The Times on Tuesday that the policy "reeks of male authority and male supremacy".

Labour introduced all-woman shortlists in half of its "winnable" seats ahead of the 1997 landslide, when the number of female MPs nearly doubled.

The party's ruling-body is agreeing a statement "clarifying" that transgender women are and have always been allowed to stand to be candidates on all-women shortlists.



What a ****ing state feminists and gender identify politicos has got this country into.

Labour are a joke, they can't even define what a woman is and they want to run the country.

 

I like Ben Elton. He's written some fantastic comedy over the years (Young Ones, Filthy Rich & Catflap, Blackadder etc) but didn't always hit the bullseye (Thin Blue Line as an example). Saw him in the street a few months ago and was going to pluck up the nerve to say hello but he was on the mobile and I didn't want to disturb him because I have manners.

Labour are in turmoil. Have you seen the pelters Diane "fringe like Richard the Third" Abbott is getting over immigration?
