I'm really bothered about the times my lad is doing on the tread this week.

London is gonna be bloody hot. I'm worried he'll struggle after 6 marathons and not finish.

He's blase as ****. Just doing what he's doing.

Cant stop being a worrying dad!

Just kick him in the bollocks.

    That'll slow him down.

    He's a belligerent bugger Tel.

I know you're kidding but I'm genuinely worried.

He hadn't run before November, now he's doing 7 in 7 and London's gonna be ****ing hot. And his first 5 marathons were around 3h 10m on average.

Cant stop being a dad Tel.

I'm sure he'll piss it! He's as fit as ****!

Just don't want him not finishing on Sunday.

He's raising around £3k fpr Multiple Sclerosis for his step dad who died last year.

    Great cause.

    I'm so proud of him

Did core work today. Run tomorrow. More core work Wed. Cycle Friday. Run Saturday.

Similar weight and happy around that mark.

Going to start using 'biggest gym in Europe' this week and do some HIIT classes in White City. 25,000 square feet under the Helios statue at TV Centre

Gym sessions every day now. Lost.10kg now since early March. 3kg more to go. Taking CFC’s advice and gradually pushing my runs longer and faster. Was reluctant to do it at first as I was worried about tiring and having to stop but finding adding an extra faster km on the end allows me to gradually get to point where I know I can do whole run faster.
Resting heart rate has dropped from 55 to 45 which is apparently a good thing too.

    Nice mate, good work.

Biggest gym in Europe? Not heard of that one.

I did core, bike and upper body last night.

Core, legs and rower today I reckon.

    I ****ing hate the rower!

    Kg?

Blimey I'll have to convert :emoticon-0102-bigsm

    Excellent work though.

Heart rate of 45 and 55 is really good.

My fitbit says my resting heartbeat is 50 which is good too.

As I've got fitter it takes more to get it going when exercising.

You can see your stamina getting better!
