Personally ah couldnae give a flying **** who owns wemberlee

 

We used to play footie on the road and played a game called Wembley or Wembo.There could be 5 or 6 playing with 1 keeper,you had to score then go into the next round till 2 left for the final then first to 3 won,good times.I suppose you lot had something similar,what did ewes call it?

 

Think ST called it Kerby

 

We played wall ball

 

Tournament we called it.

 

It's still called Wembley

 

Thought that was a different game ie you threw the ball across the road at the kerb and scored when got it full on and bounced back,sometimes got a doubler when it would bounce back to your side and bounce across again.
