It's still a tough ask, but I bet that we are looking forward to the Swansea match more than they are. IF we win that one I think that possibly 'Udders might be in trouble.

Why fear Stoke? It’s in our hands.

Stoke have to play Swansea too, so not both of them can gain 3 points.

I think we can all agree that collectively, for most of this season we have been ****.

However, those of us who have been consistently arguing that Tadic has been our least **** player, and indeed essential to getting us out of the ****, are entitled to feel vindicated.

It's just one game though. Remember when Boufal scored his wondergoal against West Brom? He didn't exactly keep it up. That's the problem for playmakers. They are vulnerable because the opposition will try to nullify them. It's the playmaker's responsibility to then pull out his plans B, C, D etc, until he finds the answer.

Neither Tadic or Boufal have shown anywhere near that sort of ingenuity this season.

If Tadic repeats yesterday's performance against Everton/Swansea, then you can engage smug-mode.

It's not just one game though. He's been the best of a bad bunch all season imo. Though of course that is just my opinion.

You can't compare him to Boufal either. Boufal may have as much if not more natural ability, but Tadic links up play, sees the options, reads the game. It's about speed of thought and vision as much as anything.

As someone said earlier, Tadic is at his best when playing instinctively. For that to happen, he needs the players around him to be at the very least creating or running into space.

Smug mode already very much engaged, soz <laugh>

Oh he definitely has the vision. But he lacks the technique sometimes. Passing and beating a man very good. But crossing, shooting, running with ball, anything with his right foot, etc not up to much.

It's very difficult to out jump someone when you are stationary and they have a good run up regardless how big they are, that why zonal defence is so ridiculous
