If we were taking a 1-0 lead to Madrid, then I think we would have probably ****ed up trying to defend it anyway. So in a way it doesn't really make that much difference. We need to go there and win the game.
Yep, was going to mention that too in the same vein, that we need to go out there and try to score. We're crap at defending a 1-0 anyway, so we know we need to score at least one, and might as well go for 2 knowing that Atletico would then need to score three times
Even if we didn't concede we would still need to go for it at their ground, our team isn't one for sitting back. They have enough attacking threat to cause us problems and I think they will attack a lot more being home and with 11 men. Our best chance is to play our natural game and attack without being too reckless. This is still a very gettable tie. The big question is how the players respond. Will it be one of those great nights? You'd think they would give it all with Wenger leaving, that should give them extra cause.
