I'm surprised Newcastle don't own St Jame's and that in such a place of high unemployment and poverty that the local council spent the money on the rebuild (sounds a bit familiar), but as they're a one club city they wouldn't have faced much opposition. Oh, and you seem to have a slight problem with your caps lock, the club from close to media city seem to be missing a couple capital letters.
Sure the money will be found if the deal to steal from taxpayers is knocked on the head. Usmanov will sell a few shares to sort it out. Big money to be made in this deal with development contracts and property to be purchased. Moshiri to light the Liver Buulding up blue soon.
EFC have emailed fans asking them how much they'd pay to rent a waterside apartment 5 minutes walk from the new stadium #bramleymooreway
if you have to ask what to charge the development is not up market enough. you want people who are too rich to worry about the small details like rent
I think they're planning to get the apartments done first then use the revenue from that for the stadium The tenants will be living next to a building site so they'll have to spin it as "watch history happen" and appeal to fans rather than just rich people Once the stadium is complete they can always hike the rent and get rich people in
So Allardyce and Kenwright to go in the summer. The new property developer owner can then get going with his masterplan of scrounging as much money from the council
But Moshiri is minted, no money for roads, schools, my benefits and the council are paying for that Stadium that @astro says won’t be built and they will be managed by Big Sam next season
