Puel must go! he his turning my club into a laughing stock, we had a good chance of a top six finish with the players we have here, but he has f****d up. Personally would rather have Bernie in charge don't think he could do any worse! and i would not play Mahrez again in a City shirt he does not want to be here so thanks and go your merry way to sit on a bench elsewhere.

I love it when a young player we have nurtured through the academy gets in the team but we had 5 21 year olds in that starting line up. I wonder what Silva must be thinking when Choudhury starts in front of him. Its great looking in hindsight but perhaps that was not the game for him to start. Clearly no recall clause for King or Mendy. I also wonder if Albrighton is thinking Puel has just played him out of position and a possible England call up.

Or maybe the opposite for Albrighton - behind Trippier, if Walker is going to be a CB then there really isn’t anyone else for a right wing back and Albrighton is very similar to Trippier style wise and I wonder if he asked Puel if he could have the opportunity to play there until the end of the season.

That would be fine if we played wing backs instead of a flat back 4.

Playing players out of their natural position really bugs me. It's fine if we are going gung-ho, but not from the start of the match!

I feel we are a team at a crossroads at the moment. We still have some of the old guard who are used to playing counter attacking football (particularly Vardy) and a manager who wants to play possession football, and we are falling between two stools. He isn't helping his cause by picking out of form players who are costing us goals over ones who have proven themselves as better choices. Consequently morale looks to be pretty low, and that could lead to the risk of some players to start looking for better opportunities elsewhere.

We can't keep changing the manager otherwise we'll never get the continuity we need and will be for ever changing styles of play. Saying that, Puel was always an underwhelming choice for me. Is he human or an outdated form of AI with his monotone voice, lack of passion and stock phrases? He might have an admirable policy of giving youngsters a chance, but his first thought should be to win football matches. Leicester City isn't a giant youth opportunities scheme.

With new found wealth and a league title behind them, the team should be doing much better. We would have been happy with ninth position three seasons ago. But not now. We must have spent £80 million or more 'improving and strengthening' the team. And what do we have to show for it? We start off well with a new manager but quickly fall back to being even worse than when he arrived. If you look at Burnley on the one hand and Liverpool and Manchester City on the other, you have teams who are polar opposites in terms of spending power. But the thing they have in common is a passionate manager who has the complete backing of his players who are willing to fight for each other. The other thing that gets a team success is a master tactician, like Mourinho. You'd never accuse him of having a close relationship with his players, but he can set up a team to win matches. We seem to have neither.

According to the Daily Star (so no chance it is true) we are interested in Benitez. He ticks a few of the boxes when it comes to tactical nous and has experience, and he should get the confidence and respect of the players. But, whoever is at the helm, he will have a few difficult and maybe unpopular decisions to make about who stays and who goes before we can move forward.

I dont think Benitez would be a fit tbh. Although a much much better manager he is simaliar to Puel in he is very tactical

Our best football comes from the basics and off the cuff. High pressure, fast moving, counter attacking football

    Thats not Puel or Rafa

But that doesn't have to be our style going forward. The main reason we played counter attacking football is that we have Vardy up front who relies on pace but isn't the sort of striker who is very capable of holding up the ball or beating a defender. We are still in the mindset of how we won the league and I'm not sure that style of play will be successful again for us. The squad has changed and many of the old guard won't be in the team next season.

We have to find a manager who can bring the squad together along with the appropriate new additions and devise a way of playing that the team buys into and that they are comfortable with and, most importantly, that produces results. At the moment we seem to have a rift between the manager and the players, and that could very quickly escalate to causing a rift in the squad and players wanting to leave an increasingly toxic club.

On Big Wes I really dont want him to keep starting due to the fact I love the bloke for what he has achieved at our clubs. No other captain has achieved the success here that he has

But his time has come to either step aside or if he wants to play every week leave with his legacy and our best wishes

He probably should become this years Huth, but i don't think that it will be the top priority position for transfers this summer.

Going to be very little time to get players in/out with the world cup and the shorter transfer window.
