    On paper Swansea have it fairly easy....Bournemouth, Saints and Stoke, but no game between relegation rivals is easy. We have to do our bit and hope B'mouth and Stoke do theirs. Of course there is always Huddersfield and their run out is a doozy.

    The reason we won of course is that I bought a ticket and never went. And Helen also stayed well clear. No chance of us seeing a win.

    The old ticker was struggling a bit for the last five minutes but good lordy me that was glorious to grind out a win again.

    Tadic, McCarthy and Lemina all in with a fair shout of man of the match for me. Hope we can keep it up.

    For me Hughes's 2 home games have shown a marked improvement on the turgid stuff before. May be too late but at least there is hope.

    That says more about the state of the club than it does about Tadic,IMO.

    Tadic is alright. I guess about average. Typical inconsistent creative winger-type. Can’t rely on him, but he can produce some brilliant matches on his day.

    The idea is you are supposed to have at least 2 players like this. Preferably 3. We just have Tadic.

    His goals today were a little fortuitous, coming off Bournemouth mistakes. But those were two cool and calculated finishes today in a high pressure situation, and he worked hard all game. So I got nothing but love for him right now.

    If he is getting on one of his hot streaks right now, he can keep us up. And if so, he will be a legend in my book regardless of anything else.

    Although Tadic, McCarthy, Hoedt and Bednarek I thought were all excellent too (Jan's lack of pace does look concerning, but he kicked and headed everything).

    It's one result (and arguably, from our easiest remaining game), we still need to produce two more. But we've given ourselves some sort of slim chance. Nice to see a manager with real passion on the sidelines too.
