I’m not being funny, but big club bias is beyond a joke now. This ref is dreadful - even as someone who wants Swansea to lose this is outrageous
Chelsea need a second goal. Can see the Swans nicking one. Just no intensity. Flip flops at the ready so to speak.
They do. But as I said the other day on here, I can't see much logic to wanting Stoke still involved in it. If a win for Stoke against Swansea was to keep Stoke up, it wouldn't just be at Swansea's expense. It would almost certainly have to be at our expense too!! I'm not saying it's completely illogical (in theory Stoke could catch Swansea and Huddersfield, rather than Swansea and us), but it's very flimsy in my view. Not worth keeping Stoke as a possible barrier to our own survival. Afterall, if we can get ourselves above Huddersfield, then we don't care whether or not one of Swansea and Stoke manage to do it too!
But we want Stoke to beat Swansea, and if not at least draw. If they are not fighting for anything, that limits the chances. Look at the table.
I have seen the table, thank you. If Stoke fail to win next week, then I would absolutely love them to beat Swansea. But if people are just adding six points to Stoke's total, whilst also saying that getting them would keep Stoke up (given a caveat that we don't beat City), then I'm struggling to see how that is relevant to us. Aside from, that is, sending us and Swansea down.
We need a minimum of 4 points. I want Stoke to beat Swansea, and they might have to beat Palace to achieve that result.,
