and that's the dilemma I'm in Marcus, as I can't disagree with you, and yet despite all my reservations about signing players from certain leagues, my Victorian England "sense of fair play" attitude, keeps telling me the lad has been dealt a stacked deck and had an uphill climb from the first minute he arrived, and people got on his back virtually straight away when they saw he wasnt Messi, Neymar, Pele and Puskas combined into one, that my heart keeps telling me we need to give him a chance in English football ( not saying that he should be in our first team squad at present) where as my head says he will be back playing in Holland in less than 12 months time.

Grot and Cibicki are both strange ones. I said on another thread that Cibicki seems to have been ignored by 2 managers which could mean an attitude problem, but when he was sent to play for the U23s he looked a different class and scored 2 good goals within the first 15 minutes. He has been ignored since. Grot also played 3 games for the U23s and scored goals, again standing out. So when you think that we are all raving about the likes of Dalby Edmondson Machuca and Clarke, these 2 stood out

There is also the chance that 2 inexperienced overseas managers could win promotion to the Premiership. They are being chased down by the ‘Must have’ managers in Pullis, Warnock, Bruce and Rowett.

Both overseas managers do have money behind them though. One man missing from this select group is Big Mick and guess that whoever gets him will be in the top 6 next season

There is every chance Big Mick will be managing in !eague One next season depending upon how a certain takeover pans out.

I said that as there is a bit of a campaign from charlton fans for him assuming a new owner don’t keep bowyer. Bowyer has turned them around in five games and have come from off the pace to look likely playoff candidates. Though

Barnsley can’t afford him if that’s what you mean..

Not a chance.. Ellis Short or whatever the yank owner is called will not invest another penny in Sunderland so that’s no high earning manager and no transfer kitty.... that’s why they are where they are. Takeover talks have barely started and multiple of the usual chanceres are hovering...

If you say so. How many groups are trying to buy them? Of those, which one wants and has spoken to MM? In fact, as you know everything, which Championship club has Coleman’s agent approached about managing next season as a result?

Would still love to see MM at Leeds and he wants the gig but we would need to really want him, others do.

What does your gur feeling tell you will happen next season Marcos. Big Mick building a side we can be proud of again or another Johnny nobody coaching Orta misfits

    I agree regarding mm...
Interestingly there is serious interest from both Germany and Japan in buying Sunderland both groups have met the club and both are moving forward...
Like you I hear various people claiming to be itk but even if told in good faith 75% of the the time it’s either bollocks or falls through.

As a for instance I have been told that PH will not be in the dug out next weekend, and there will be a relaunch of season tickets sales based on a big name replacement. I would love it to be true but under Rad I don’t believe the big name replacement bit... the relaunch I can see happening..

Honestly? I probably believe the same as you.

However, I don’t believe Rad has failed deliberately and when the wheels started falling off back in October I made a decision to support him fully until the end of this summer. I have stuck to that and continue to do so. Everyone makes mistakes, the smart guys learn from theirs, we’ll see if he has come August.

He did say some months ago he’d learnt a lot, and specifically that he needed to be more involved in detailed decisions.

I haven’t given up on him, but the honeymoon period ended a while back and now I’m back to judgingventirely on what he does.

My view is he needs to find a way to spend significantly more on the team, Orta I don’t know about but he needs keeping an eye on and telling to buy better (more expensively), PH I see as Mr Average, I’d pay more and get MM in.

Anyway, judging purely on actions now. Waiting to see.

Personally wouldn’t post anything from people claiming to be itk. Only put a couple of things about MM because it is directly / indirectly possibly of interest to Leeds fans.

Let’s see if your source is correct next Sunday.
