Currently, yes but I think a better comparison would be if Richarlison was able to take a summer break. Him coming straight from the Brazilian season meant that he was already match sharp at the beginning of our season, but fatigue and everything that comes with moving to a new country has caught up with him.
I think Cardiff have the edge now.. Sad to see Derby falling away. Would like to have seen MV in the premiership too... Sent from my G3121 using Tapatalk
Sessegnon is better than Gareth Bale was at his age. He's going be an absolute star. He'll be an England starter, for sure. They've got a young right back called Fredericks, he's a quality young player and Tom Cairney is a player too. I hope they go up as they'll be better for the premier league.
Cardiff lose after leading at Derby. According to the BBC site they could have had 2 penalties in the first half so expect another Warnock master class in ranting !
Tight now that is for sure. Cardiff ahead in second by a point with two games to go. Cardiff have Hull away and Reading at home. Fulham have Sunderland at home and Birmingham away. Anyone know how it works if tied? Goal difference I assume....
It is GD then goals scored, then this (taken from the FL website): If two or more Clubs have the same number of points, goal difference and goals scored the highest placed Club shall be determined by the respective League records against each other, taking into account in order of precedence, points gained, goal difference and goals scored. If the above procedures do not separate the Clubs, then the Clubs concerned shall play off a deciding League Match or Matches under arrangements approved by the Board on a neutral ground. If they did need the head-to-head record, Fulham would be promoted.
I watched the game and Cardiff gave away three soft goals and looked abject at the end...... Will be a great fillip for Derby who i hope make the playoffs. Not sure who has the easier last two games of Fulham and Cardiff "Cardiff have Hull away and Reading at home. Fulham have Sunderland at home and Birmingham away" Yes...will be very tight.... My ideal scenario is Fulham get an automatic spot and Derby win the play-offs... as much chance of that happening as Watford getting to the Prem with a three sided ground post Bassini
Goal difference and if that is equal, most goals scored. Fulham ahead on both of those. To go up though they have to gain a point on Cardiff so it is all in Cardiff's hands - two wins and they are up.
Fulham 1 : 1 Sunderland at HT. 45 mins for Fulham to outscore Sunderdown to put the heat on Cardiff again.
