Ironic that you should mention Beyonce, the four acts booked to play the London Stadium this summer, are The Rolling Stones, Jay Z and Beyonce, Liam Gallagher and the Foo Fighters. He's also sold out Old Trafford for his August gig, while Jay Z and Beyonce still have lots of tickets available for Jay Z and Beyonce at the Etihad in June. He's not doing bad for a mid-range act.
It’s almost as if he’s from Manchester. If you asked somebody in Jakarta, Cape Town or Toronto who is bigger - Beyonce or Liam Gallagher - what do you think the answer would be? Do you think there’s a reason that Hull Venue haven’t tweeted Beyonce to ask if she’ll play at the 3,500 capacity arena?
But we're not in Jakarta, Cape Town or Toronto, we're in England, where they can both fill stadiums. FACT.
Hull druggie problem? https://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/new...ews/hull-problem-zombie-druggies-just-1499393
There's no wonder when people are giving them money they just pop a few hundred yards buy some drugs then go back and inject them.
I've seen people giving them £5 and £10 notes. It's spent within hours on drugs. I was in Heron down whitefriargate in January. There was a couple of Rozzers in there arresting a couple of these beggar/druggies.He said they' d been begging all day long and still went in there and nicked food. Clear them out of the centre for God's sake
as somewhat of a dinosaur how have you adapted to modern day means of pr methods such as twitter and the like?
I've heard there are many people from out of town that have come here to sleep rough. I don't know why, or if someone is advising them to come here?
Hanse day moving from high street to trinity square. Not sure how I feel about that. New jester anarl. He's a big pair of curly shoes to fill. Hull's International Hanse Day Join us for some medieval merriment on Saturday 12th May 2018 as we celebrate Hull’s past and present connection with the Hanseatic League in our new location in Trinity Square. Visitors will be entertained by craftspeople - including papermaking, weaving and arrow making. Our Jester, meanwhile, aims to wow crowds with shows consisting of fire, juggling, a guillotine…and general silliness! They’ll be music and dancing, storytelling, craft and an opportunity to try shadow puppetry! Working in partnership with Hull Minster, the iconic building will be celebrating the first anniversary of its re-dedicated as a minster by the Archbishop of York in May 2017 with church tours, music, family activities and a Festal Choral Evensong at 4pm. All this plus market stalls, children’s craft activities, food and our popular staged performance area. Join us again in 2018 as we tell the story of our maritime history in medieval Hull and celebrate our connection to the Hanseatic League, both past and present. Follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to learn up to date information. http://www.visithullandeastyorkshire.com/hull/internationalhanseday.aspx
Probably not !! They should put up signs telling people not to give to beggars. Is begging legal ?? If it isn't are you partly breaking the law giving to them ?
And dropping your trousers and injecting your groin is not quite the sight you want to see when you're with your kids.
The mock up for the new prinny quay food court looks pretty good. https://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/whats-on/how-princes-quays-trendy-new-1505209 If a little of a fire safety risk.
