The only issue I have with this is that so many on this list haven't played for us, neither do I know if we ever looked at signing them or could even afford to go into the market for them (Alex McCarthy has just played in the FA cup semi-final for Southampton). With respect, anyone can just name good players if wf we have no chance of actually buying them.
