Don’t get me wrong, not my opinions just passing a bit of info on for those that are interested. Thought all three young lads were excellent in all the games I have seen them (Pearce a touch nervy against Wednesday and understandably so) and would love a homegrown nucleus again but the pro view is quite analytical rather than over excitable. Under 18s keeper with us today too and he was excellent in a training environment but also very realistic about the jump up even to Championship level. Hard one though, knowing we could sign a really decent keeper but block BPFs development (or any other position for that matter). You only have to read the impatience on here to know that is a massive call.
Good to get independent pro view, and yep it’s a big call. I was in the get a top keeper camp but have changed my view, to ‘safe pair of hands back up’ and go with the lad. A few flappy crosses and a soft goal in the next game and I’ll probably switch camps again!
On the BPF subject I reckon we would get to know more about him whenever we get a solid defence sorted out. Right now he must be hyper and on edge sitting behind the leaky, accident prone back 4.be good to see what hes like concentration wise when he has nothing to do....... if you get my drift
It caused controversy when Clive was banned, but it was done by drawing from a great deal of experience with the lad. Its the only way to go. You and yours are all welcome here, even though it can be impossible to get the natives to stay on topic, i'm sure you will find it most enjoyable. And welcome Hector
Clive and blue meme (if they really were 2 people) are the only ones I’ve ever wanted banning. You can put on ignore anyone that just annoys you, but I think they went beyond that, disrupted thread after thread and the whole board
You're being a bit unfair here, Chips. Not a good comparison. If you had BOTH engines how many people would you kill while trying to land a plane?
He wouldn't have to shout that loud, Chips, but then you're probably a bit uneducated in the geography of Australia. Leeds and Bardsey is about your limit I imagine.
