Interesting listening to the presenters etc on Radio Solent after yesterdays cup defeat. a lot of things were said that I think most of us have had suspicions over for some time. Adam Blackmore saying that he thinks LR will go in the summer as well as others, plus good sources within the club saying that all is not well and that Hughes is biting his tongue already with happenings regarding the people above him.
As long as McCarthy, Valery, Maya, Stephens, Jones, Targett, McQueen, PEH, JWP, Davis, Sims, Hesketh, Long, Austin, Gallagher and Olomola are still at the club we will have a nucleus of a squad to move forward. We will need some experienced heads with them to start with at least. If Hughes stays, i'm ok with that, at this moment I really don't care what happens to Reed and Krueger tbh.
Most likely to go to go I think are Forster, Cedric, Bertrand, Hoedt, Lemina, Romeu, Tadic, Gabbiadini, and Carrillo.
Agree with most of this though part of me thinks Romeu may stay? Taking Romeu out of this, should still get near on £100 million for that lot. Also add in Boufal who I think will go, pushing sales to £120 million ish. At least GAO will get over half of his investment back within a year.
Think the interview hints at a few rotten eggs in the playing staff who will be sold whatever division we're playing in next year.

The players that Saints Alive mentioned are all candidates Forster:- big wages and won't be happy as a number 2 Cedric:- not given a **** since VVD was allowed to go and he wasn't, as he went onto the Portuguese press about in last international break Bertrand:- does he actually run on a football field? Hoedt:- not very good, though get the impression he thinks he is (my opinion ) Lemina:- nuff said Tadic:- time to move on Gabby:- is back in Italy already Carillio: who?

yes fair enough! What a shame our transfer policy has become. Its so sad when you think what a genuinely exciting football club this was just a couple of years ago. Still we need all the above to give 100 % for the next 4 games if they play
Well, I've listened. General opinion seems to be that the players were mis-managed, not a bunch of losers and that Mark Hughes should stay. (especially as he won't be flooded with offers from Premiership teams in the summer). Together with the fact that no-one has any idea what the owners are up to and to have no manager at the end of the season would be disastrous.
so I'm not making a list of players who would or should go til we know which manager should or would go.
