Of all the teams we've played on this amazing run, this on paper looks the easiest. So we'll probably fck it up and get beat.
Everton have only lost one of their last 5. That was to Man C. Their home form since Allardyce took over is pretty good too (I've taken out the 4-0 at home to West Ham as he was only in the stands) Won 5 Lost 1 Drawn 3 For 14 Against 9 If you repeated that over the course of a season you'd get 38 points from your home games. Pretty steady really and top 8 kinda home form at the very least. Tough game so any points will be a great effort.

It's not that I don't care, I do want us to win and create some kind of aim for the last few games of pushing up to 8th. But... I'm a touch bleh about it all. If we lose and end up 10th or even 11th/12th I'd have snatched your arm off for that at the start of the season. Everton and Leicester are better teams than us so I can accept not finishing above them - awesome if we do of course. Us finishing in the top 10 would tell you everything you need to know about the league outside the top 6.
Holy hell man! I’m so excited for tonight, it’s not like I’m ever going to be watching the toon fighting for a championship or cup! As it’s not a relegation fight it’s fantastic, miles from the bleh we had under Schteve or Carver or Pards.
Watching a match on a Monday night is always a bonus but knowing that we aren't in a relegation dogfight makes this game all the more sweeter.
