True although at least he was covering for Young. That wouldn’t have happened a few weeks ago. He’d have been strolling around in the centre of the pitch. Maybe he’s starting to listen to the Miserable One.
Pretty much sums him up. He’s talented, but thinks that the grind is beneath him. He’s half way up his own arse already. Not sure if Mourinho can rescue him before he disappears altogether.
Other than his cross for the goal I thought he was poor. People saying he bossed it? I must have been watching a different game.
As a Liverpool fan watching United, you probably were ... ball to Lukaku second half stands out but he did several and was always threatening to engineer a third goal with passes to Rashford or Lukaku ...
Nope. He bitch slapped Dembele and controlled midfield after he set up the first goal. People definitely view him negatively as a player as they don’t like the person.
You really need to drop the bitter hatred mate, it's starting to make you look like HIAG. Pogba's strength and guile put Spurs in a hole yesterday that they just couldn't get out of. They couldn't handle him. Firmino was flapping about for both goals you conceded yesterday yet you'll spend the next 5 years telling everybody he's a boss striker cos he can track back
This guy was also watching a different game. The same one as me though. Paul Pogba surges to centre stage at Wembley with display of art and graft https://www.theguardian.com/footbal...manchester-united-tottenham-fa-cup-semi-final
I said it the other day, he needs a role where the team is built around him, he’s never going to be defensively solid, so don’t try and make him into something he isn’t. Give him a free role as an attacking midfield player, with licence to get into the box, and create chances for others, as that’s what he’s good at. The lad has bags of talent, but he’s seemingly consumed with himself, personally I think he’d be better suited to a slightly smaller club, where he could be the ‘main man’ as opposed to just one star amongst many.
I agree he needs more freedom to attack, his worst displays have been when he's been played as a DM. He'll never be one. With class like Herrera and Matic behind him he is free to create and he thrives. He seems to be realising that it's better to keep things simple, rather than constantly looking for the spectacular. If he carries on like that he'll reach his potential.
If Spurs had won, how many posts would HIAG have made gloating about it? A) 1-10 B) 11-25 C) 26-99 D) 100-499 E) 500+ @Hoddle Is A God you are a coward, I'm gaping you whether you log in today, tomorrow or next year.
I was out yesterday and I decided to stay out after that. You'll have realised I wasn't being bullish about this game before it was played..it's coz I know my team very well. The idea of just fighting for top 4 and nothing else isn't attractive to me..pissed off.
Mate, I'm sorry to have to do this to you but... please log in to view this image I hope you understand.
