They will, his work rate will never be good enough for some people considering he's on £45k a week, he could average a goal a game and he wouldn't be good enough.

Agreed, if anyone else other than Adam Pearson made this deal they'd be crucified.

he would be worth it if he ware available every match, running the shop and we were in QPR's position as we'd be recouping the investment.. but we ain't and 2 years of occasionally seeing Bullard has proven it is never going to happen..

How can anyone not think putting him in the shop window and reducing the amount he is costing us is a good thing?

What should we do, play him every week and let him jog around like he couldn't care. That was how he looked in the last couple of games. NP has suggested he does the same in training.

Hence why i said maybe not as many there will always be someone complaining. He is the best player in the league but how long will he stay fit its always the question if he ends up injured again it will be a good deal as they have to pay no matter what.

Bullard didnt want to be here, he was proving a negative influence. NP's creating a new team and Bullard isn't part of it. Were saving 20k a week and whose to say he wouldn't have got injured soon if he'd have stayed. For all I care he can fook off

    Ridiculous.

    A) £45k a week to not put any effort in and potentially demotivate others, being such a high earner for doing little. Throw in the occasional useful free kick but backing out of tackles etc. and most likely remaining on the bench so not playing anyway.
    B) £25k a week to still not play for us, but show the rest of the squad that lack of effort will not be accepted and players need to fight to stay in the squad.

    B every time.

No, but I would have started him every game he was available, people criticise his lack of appearances but he went a whole month at the start of the season without being allowed to play by the chairman and was inexplicably dropped for two when he was fit.

Also, listening to AP's comments... says he deserves special treatment when it comes to a new contract but then puts him in the same bracket as Richard Garcia? I do like Garcia but come on AP.

AP's interview on RH and the programme notes were just what was needed and typical of the man. He obviously isn't going to tell the fans the full story on occasions for so many obvious reasons (but mainly to protect the club) but he clarified a lot of important points.

Its obvious that the clubs plan has always to offload part of his salary through loan deals. Therefore he was withheld from the team during the end of the summer transfer window to try to move him on . whether we like it or not( and I know you don't) freeing up some of his cash has paid for good Lonee's.

Just a thought, suppose and its a big suppose! Suppose we get promoted in the next two or three seasons, does anyone think how we've treated Bullard would impact our ability to attract the type of players we would need to retain a position in the EPL?

Having said all that, I'm not sure I really want to get back into EPL, that is unless TWS and Sheff Utd are also in there!!!<ok>
