    He is just rubbish. Belongs no where near a PL team. Not ripping the lad... he is what he is.


    I'm not impressed with Gomez either.

    Gomez to be fair is a centre back really. He didn't have his best game today but he's just back from injury so maybe was a bit rusty. He was too casual at times but wasn't alone in that.

    i thought both Mane & Salah were "conserving energy" in fact only Ings & Gomez really looked like they were giving everything ,even if Gomez in particular didn't do that well though excused a bit by rustiness ,

    very early on, in practically his first involvement in the game , he tried to "nick" the ball & got nowt* except WBA attacking down our vacated left flank & you knew he had not changed.

    *think it would have been a foul if he got the ball anyway as to get it he was very likely to clip the attacker from behind.

    West Brom are just one of those teams we simply can't get a result against. They put us out of the cup (still haven't got over that!) and we always stumble against them. Thank God we won't have to soil our boots on their turf next season!

    remember guys our heads were elsewhere. we barely tried and were 2-0 up.

    we went to sleep totally once salah scored. really unprofessional and let them.back in..

    they will be relegated today anyway and hasn't the game to even attack us until we stopped playing.
