If the name of this thread was changed to ‘which are the blandest biscuits’, the responses would make more sense. Rich Tea ffs, they’re made of cardboard. Borders Buttery Sultana Melts, or chocolate topped Viennese Whirls, those Fox’s ones that are almost all chocolate, or the best are those fruit cookies that come in a box (they cost a lot and you only get about eight, but they’re very good).
I’m not even sure those Fox’s ones should count as biscuits They’re more like a chocolate bar with a bit of biscuit inside They’re nice though...too nice. Do ‘cookies’ count too? They’re too moist and bendy to be biscuits aren’t they?. If they do count then it’s probably sultana based ones, rather than chocolate, for me
Hah. ****ing hell they were awful. Would only be worse if you found yourself outside camping and having nowt else. Luckily I got to taste them in my warm office whereupon I could take a bite, spit it out then get mesen a choccy hobnob.
I was once on one man rat packs for 2 months straight. All the same ****ing menu and all hand written in the top "cheese removed" So it was just those bloody biscuits for lunch with nothing on 'em. The "sweet" dead fly biscuits you got in them were not much better you soak them in a brew for an hour and they were still dry.
I was just coming on to report them. I've had an extensive tour of the biscuit aisle in home bargs. And yes foxs crinkle creams. Excellent. Ginger crunch ones too.
Agreed. They're a different beast altogether. You might as well just have a star bar if you go for them.
Why would you have a Rich Tea in the bath anyway? I’m sat on the Thunder Mug right now & the thought of running the jagged edge of a Rich Tea along my slightly delicate stingy ring is making me tense. I think wiping your arse with one must come under the heading “Specialised Activities”. I’m out too.
They may be able to double up as a scoop for soft ice-cream, instead of the plastic ones found floating in the sea but I don’t think they’d have the durability to break through an average crust. You’d certainly need the jagged edge to make any headway.
